Delivery

All orders are sent via the Australia Post Express Postal service and are posted on Mondays only. You will receive a notification from us once your parcel has been posted, containing your Australia Post tracking number. 

It is essential that your current postal address is used when placing your order, along with your current email address and phone number. Orders cannot be processed without these details.   

Local pick up is available in Ballarat, Victoria by prior arrangement. Please email Chris via tynstarchrysanthemums@gmail.com for this option. 

All postage is calculated during the online checkout process.
